IT Clinical Analyst
Bell Hospital is accepting applications for a full time IT Clinical Analyst. The ideal candidate will be an RN with experience as a Meditech Clinical Application analyst and clinical lead. This position will be responsible for nursing dictionary build, construction of care plans, line queries and order sets as well as the coordination of all aspects of Computerized Physician Order Entry.
This position will be involved with and responsible for:
-The Meditech implementation efforts to include design, build, change management and training.
-Coordination of Nursing dictionary build and will complete a process flow analysis and incorporate workflows into build design and function.
-Formulating and testing of learning modules for nursing and physicians (utilizing learning scenarios, competencies, training aids and memory cues).
-The application rollout and then continue to support Bell Hospital’s clinical information system.
The candidate must be an RN and have at least 3 years experience implementing and/or using clinical systems. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and have experience working effectively with clinicians and physicians.
