The Bell Wellness Program’s primary objective is to enhance a safe and healthy work environment through proper evaluation and programming to address employees’ highest health risk areas. Such proactive planning by the employer will ultimately reduce the employer’s health benefit utilization, create a healthier and more productive workforce and reduce the company’s medical insurance costs.
Bell Wellness works in partnership with employers. Bell Wellness is focused on providing comprehensive care to its corporate clients by offering specific programs targeting areas such as dietary, health prevention education, exercise classes and programs, diabetes prevention and education, smoking cessation, and therapeutic massage. By offering a comprehensive menu of services, Bell and its corporate client partners ensure strong, measurable participation and results.

Bell Wellness provides a 1,700-square foot training facility featuring new state-of-the-art equipment. The Training Center is fully staffed with nationally certified exercise specialists to assist clients with their programs. Facility hours allow maximum flexibility to accommodate most employee work schedules.

Personal Training
Individualized training with nationally certified BCW exercise specialist who will assist and design a program specific to your needs and goals. Dietary counseling, massage therapy and more!
Express Group Training
Express training is designed specifically for before work, lunch time & after work training. Sessions are typically 20-30 minutes in duration and will be structured appropriately for group needs.
Group Personal Training
Group exercise sessions designed and instructed by certified BCW exercise specialist. Sessions will have specific emphasis towards cardiovascular training, resistance training, flexibility training or a combination of them all.
Lipid + Glucose Profile
This is a routine blood analysis using a painless finger poke versus an actual blood draw. The test will analyze total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides & glucose. With the data you and the exercise professional will have a more comprehensive evaluation and will be able to better service your exact needs.
Comprehensive Dietary Program
Six weeks of hands-on, comprehensive dietary training, consisting of presentations highlighting fad diets, healthy heart cooking techniques and more. Program will also contain going grocery shopping with your dietitian and going out to eat at a restaurant.
Smoking Cessation
This 12-week program is designed to help participants quit smoking and educates participants on developing a smoke-free lifestyle.
Massage Therapy
Massage in sports message, therapeutic massage and deep tissue massage performed by certified massage therapist.
